Skills and Experience

I am an SPSS Clementine expert and also trained in SAS and several other tools and applications in the Data Mining space.

In web analytics I have used Omniture, Coremetrics, Webtrends, Netgenesis.

My areas of expertise are Web Analytics, Cross-Channel Real-Time Marketing Optimisation, Recommendation Engines and Fraud Detection.

In my work I have utilised various techniques such as Decision Trees, Regression Analysis, Neural Nets, Association Rules / Basket Analysis, Sequence Analysis, Factor Analysis, Time Series to improve the effectiveness of companies of various sizes in various verticals and have a deep understanding of the characteristics of analytics tools and results that people "get".

I have also managed a team of eCommerce analysts at a UK Bank and am currently managing the EMEA team of Business Consultants for Omniture.
